href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/%CE%A6%CE%95%CE%9A-%CE%91-111-2022.pdf\">Law 4939\/2022<\/a> Government Gazette A\u2019 111) on international protection and other provision constitutes the second degree of administrative examination of applications for international protection and ensures the right guaranteed in <a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/%CE%9A%CE%BF%CE%B9%CE%BD%CE%BF%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AE-%CE%9F%CE%B4%CE%B7%CE%B3%CE%AF%CE%B1.pdf\">Article 46 of Directive 2013\/32\/EU <\/a>to an \u201ceffective remedy before a court\u201d. The appellant is required to appear before the Committee in person or through an attorney (Article 102 par. 1 and 2 of Law\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/%CE%A6%CE%95%CE%9A-%CE%91-111-2022.pdf\">4939\/2022<\/a>). This legal note can be used to present delayed claims. Within the same time limit they are also required to submit the evidence supporting their claims. By way of exception, if the border procedure is applied (Article 95 of\u00a0Law <a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/%CE%A6%CE%95%CE%9A-%CE%91-111-2022.pdf\">4939\/2022<\/a>), the above may submit a legal note until the day before the discussion of the appeal (Article 104 of\u00a0Law <a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/%CE%A6%CE%95%CE%9A-%CE%91-111-2022.pdf\">4939\/2022<\/a>). class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The applicant for international protection may lodge an application for annulment of a second instance decision rejecting an administrative appeal solely before the Administrative Courts of First Instance of Athens and Thessaloniki, having territorial jurisdiction. The lodging of the appeal does not have automatic suspensive effect in all cases of asylum seekers. Exceptions are provided in Article 110 par. 2 of Law\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/%CE%A6%CE%95%CE%9A-%CE%91-111-2022.pdf\">4939\/2022<\/a>. In these cases, the possibility of the appellant staying in the Country is determined by a decision of the Independent Appeals Committee, before which the appeal is pending, following a special request by the appellant. In case the need for modification of personal details arises after the granting of international protection status or the issuance of a final second instance rejection decision, the modification can be made by a decision of the Administrative Director of the Appeals Authority (Article 84 par. 7 of Law\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/%CE%A6%CE%95%CE%9A-%CE%91-111-2022.pdf\">4939\/2022).<\/a> The prerequisites and necessary supporting documents are determined in the relevant decision of the competent E3\/H2 Directorate of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, can be found posted on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the link <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mfa.gr\/kep-politon-kai-apodimon-ellinon.html\">https:\/\/www.mfa.gr\/kep-politon-kai-apodimon-ellinon.html<\/a>\u00a0and are also included in the relevant circular <a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/%CE%95%CE%93%CE%9A%CE%A5%CE%9A%CE%9B%CE%99%CE%9F%CE%A3-%CE%B1%CE%BB%CE%BB%CE%B1%CE%B3%CE%AE-%CF%83%CF%84%CE%BF%CE%B9%CF%87%CE%B5%CE%AF%CF%89%CE%BD-%CE%B1%CE%B9%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%8D%CE%BD%CF%84%CF%89%CE%BD-%CE%AC%CF%83%CF%85%CE%BB%CE%BF.pdf\">(protocol number 20951\/25.10.2018)<\/a>,\u00a0which regulates issues of modification of personal information of asylum seekers.<\/p><p>The application and the necessary supporting documents (original or certified copies of Passport, National Identity Card or Certificate issued and certified as prescribed in the above decision) are submitted in person to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/migration.gov.gr\/en\/appeals\/dioikisi-epikoinonia\/\">Central Secretariat<\/a>\u00a0of the Appeals Authority or sent as a PDF file, up to 3.5 MB in size, by e-mail to the
