This study focuses on the regulation of labour migration and practices to address labour shortages. The growing labor shortages in EMN members (EU Member States except Denmark) and observer countries (Norway, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Montenegro, Armenia, Serbia), highlight the need to develop new and strengthen effective policy solutions to address this issue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t<div
