The Ministry of Migration and Asylum developed the ACE Monitoring IT application in order to monitor the progress of students participating in non-formal education which records all details of the beneficiaries, the assessment of their progress in non-formal education courses and their participation in across all activities.  

This online platform was developed by the Ministry of Migration and Asylum IT Department. It is updated by the programme partners continuously, while useful statistics are extracted for evaluating both the programme and the progress of the students.  

This tool is dynamic and is constantly being enriched with the addition of new fields related to the provision of educational and other services to the participants. The database of the Evaluation Platform remains under the exclusive supervision of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum and can provide useful statistical data that can be used in the future for the development of further integration policies for refugees and immigrants. In this way, ACE Monitoring becomes a tool that can be a model for evaluating the actions of non-formal education for the population with an immigrant and refugee background as a whole.
