The Minister of Migration and Asylum, Mr. Notis Mitarachi, had a telephone conversation with the Deputy Minister of Interior and Administration of Poland, Mr. Bartosz Grodecki, on Saturday afternoon. The Deputy Minister of National Defense, Mr. Nikos Hardalias, also participated in the call.
At the center of the discussion were the situation that arises in Poland after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, as well as the massive refugee flows to Poland.
During the conversation, the Greek Government stated its willingness to provide humanitarian and technical assistance to Poland for the management of the flows.
