Recognized entities representing third-country nationals may be considered as non-profit associations or unions of third-country nationals.
The Social Integration Directorate of the Ministry for Migration and Asylum has initiated the recording of all recognized entities representing third-country nationals.
This initiative is very important as it will help improve communication and collaboration between refugee/migrant communities and the Ministry of Migration and Asylum.
In order to participate in the recording you need to register the statute of your association/union in the competent First Instance Court.
The procedure is simple:
- Download and complete the registration form
- Send the registration form with the statute of your association/union to: communities@migration.gov.gr
