Definition of safe countries of origin and creation of a national catalog
By JMD 527235/2023 (Gazette B΄ 6844/05.12.2023) it was decided that the following countries are characterized as safe and constitute the National Catalogue of safe countries of origin, according to article 92 of Law 4939/2022:

- Ghana

- Morocco
- Moldova
