The Mentors Group has created a YouTube channel with informative videos, aimed at children from third countries living in Greece.
In the fourth video entitled "Learning with the Mentors about Guardianship", the Mentors talk about the National Guardianship System for Unaccompanied Minors, what it is and who it concerns, i.e. any person under 18 years old who is in Greece without a relative or other person responsible for their care.
Our Mentors, former unaccompanied children, who act as role models for other peers seeking the path to integration, have created this video series, called "Mentors explained", in simple and understandable language, in an effort to inform and reach an even larger number of children in need of support for their first steps in our country.
The role of Mentors in guiding unaccompanied children through every step of their journey in Greece is crucial.
The language of the videos is Greek and subtitles are available in English, French, Farsi, Arabic, Urdu and Pashto.
The creation of the videos was supported by EUAA.
