Financial Aid
The Program ESTIA II provides financial aid to adult applicants of international protection and their family members, with the exception of applicants that are in custody. Financial aid is given in the form of constant monetary assistance in order to help applicants meet their essential needs in food, clothing, school supplies, pharmaceuticals, personal hygiene, telecommunications and transportation. Financial aid is attributed on a monthly basis.
Financial aid varies according to number of members in the family and is distinguished to full financial aid and partial financial aid. The partial financial aid is given to beneficiaries who receive meals with their accomodation.
The categories of full financial aid are as follows:
- 150 Euros for a beneficiary unit of one person
- 270 Euros for a beneficiary unit of two people
- 320 Euros for a beneficiary unit of three people
- 420 Euros for a beneficiary unit of four or more people
The categories of partial financial aid are as follows:
- 75 Euros for a beneficiary unit of one person
- 135 Euros for a beneficiary unit of two people
- 160 Euros for a beneficiary unit of three people, and
- 210 Euros for a beneficiary unit of four people or more.
