From Monday, 29/5/2023, the Asylum Service restarts the service of displaced people from Ukraine and granting them temporary protection. Similarly, the operation of the online platform for scheduling new appointments for those displaced persons interested in receiving temporary protection is restored. For the appointments that were not served due to the system upgrade, the beneficiaries are invited to come to the Regional Asylum Offices where they had appointments in order to be informed and served accordingly based on the Office's capacity.
З понеділка, 29.05.2023, Служба притулку відновлює обслуговування переселенців з України та надання їм тимчасового захисту. Так само відновлюється робота онлайн-платформи для запису на прийом для тих переселенців, які зацікавлені в отриманні тимчасового захисту. Для записів, які не були обслуговані через оновлення системи, тих, хто отримав запис, запрошують прибути до регіональних відділів надання притулку, де були заплановані їхні прийоми, щоб отримати інформацію та відповідне обслуговування.
