The new Migration Code (Law 5038/2023) will enter into force on the 31st of March 2024. The Ministry of Migration and Asylum is currently completing the adaptation procedures of the Integrated Information System "Migration" to the specifications of the new law.
For this purpose, all electronic services related to the electronic submission of residence permit applications (applications for granting, renewal & re-issuance)will not be available, neither through the website of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum nor through the portal "Olomelia» of the Athens Bar Association (ABA)from Saturday (30.3.2024) at 20:00 and will be available again on Wednesday 3.4.2024.
