Announcement for Applicants of Appeals

Based on Law 463/2019, we would like to inform applicants that have submitted an appeal before 20-07-2016 and a decision on their appeal has not been issued yet, that they need to come in person to the Appeals Authority in order to submit an application for their appeal to be examined. If they don't submit this application by 30-04-2020 their case will be dismissed.
ακόμη απόφαση, ότι θα πρέπει να προσέλθουν αυτοπροσώπως στην Αρχή Προσφυγών και με αίτησή τους να ζητήσουν την εξέταση της προσφυγής τους.
Εάν δεν προσέλθουν μέχρι και 30-4-2020 η υπόθεσή τους θα απορριφθεί.
