Manos Logothetis was born in 1976 in Athens. Ηe is married and has two children. After graduating from Moraitis School, he completed his studies in Medicine in the University of Semmelweis in Budapest. He holds postgraduate degree in "Organization and Management of Health Services" and Doctorate from the the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is permanent doctor of EODY (former KEELPNO) and from 2007 until 2009 he had been appointed as advisor at the Ministry of Economy, in matters of Parliamentary Control, and as advisor in the Office of the President of KEELPNO.

In 2015 he was assigned by KEELPNO as Coordinator of the Medical and Psychosocial Field in Samos’ RIC. And in 2019 he was placed as General Coordinator of the Medical and Psychosocial Field in the 2^nd Health District (coordinator for all the RICs in the islands), until August of the same year, where he was appointed at the Ministry of Citizen Protection as a Special Secretary for Reception. In February 2020 he was appointed as Secretary General for the Reception of Asylum Seekers, at the Ministry of Migration & Asylum, a position in which he served until July 2023 when he was appointed as Secretary General for Public Order at the Ministry of Citizen Protection. In August 2024, he assumed the duties of Secretary General of Migration Policy.
