From June 1st 2020, the competent authorities with regards to travel document applications are the Passport Offices of the Greek Police. and not the Asylum Service Offices. Therefore, applications for travel documents that were submitted to Asylum Service Offices after June 1, 2020 cannot be examined, and decisions regarding them cannot be issued by the Asylum Service. Recognized refugees with these case numbers are kindly requested to read the following instructions in order to submit their application for travel documents to Passport Offices. Applicants should select Passport Office according to their current place of residence.
