Summary description of procedures in force
It describes the duties and commitments of all staff, including personnel seconded from other organizations and of RIS partners, regarding child protection, as well as the procedures and mechanisms implemented in this respect.
It describes the administrative management for incidents involving individuals who have expressed the thought or intention to harm themselves or those around them, exhibit self-destructive behavior, or have committed such an act, within the context of their stay in a Regional Service ('Facility') of the Reception and Identification Service (RIS).
It describes the management of asylum seekers residing in Regional Services ('Facilities') of the Reception and Identification Service (RIS) who appear to fall under the Relocation Program of the EU Voluntary Solidarity Mechanism.
It relates to the human trafficking response framework within RIS Regional Services. In particular, it defines the responsibilities and roles of the staff involved, along with the procedural steps for the delivery of necessary services. It is an update of previous such guidance.

Guidelines for the application of Law 4939/2022, Articles 38-42,
concerning the execution of reception and identification procedures within RICs, CCACs, and Mobile Registration and Movement Coordination Units (hereinafter 'centres').
It relates to the regulation of matters pertaining to the access of asylum seekers who reside in RIS Facilities to the labour market.
It concerns the assignment of the following roles to RIS staff members working in its Regional Services (Facilities’), aiming at the optimal management and monitoring of relevant cases, as well as the more effective coordination of actions between the involved agencies and employees.

It concerns the uniform and smooth operation of RIS Controlled-Access Facilities for the Temporary Accommodation of Asylum Seekers (CAFTAAS) regarding the following specific issues:
• Arrival Management at a CAFTAAS: concerning actions following the arrival of residents at a Facility.
• Departures from a CAFTAAS: concerning the confirmation of departure and the deregistration of residents from a Facility.
• Temporary absence from a CAFTAAS: concerning the monitoring of residents' absence requests and the relevant duration.
• Accommodation of Separated Minors in a CAFTAAS: concerning the specific actions required regarding minors separated from their
• Provision of a temporary protective framework for Unaccompanied Minors: concerning the specific actions required regarding unaccompanied minors.
It outlines the procedural steps for serving asylum decisions to RIS Facilities’ residents.
Update of the age assessment procedure, which is applied when doubt arises regarding a person's minor or adult status.
