Technical problems on e-services for acquiring or renewing residence permits

We would like to inform you that as from Thursday 20 July 2023and today Friday 21 July 2023, the Ministry of Migration and Asylum is experiencing a service outage for the e-services of the process of acquiring and renewing the residence permits. All services related to the residence permits are unavailable. Please know that our engineering and operation teams are working hard to get everything up and running and we will be updating you with the latest information.
