Launch of Digital Portal for Renewal of Applicants’ Cards

A digital portal for appointments has been launched to inform applicants of international protection about their appointments to pick up their renewed applicants’ cards. Applicants now can only pick up their renewed cards by pre-scheduled appointments.

Applicants of International Protection can type their case number, using the following link  https://apps.migration.gov.gr/applicant-card-rv/search, in order to find out their appointments with the Asylum Service Offices and pick up their renewed cards. The appointments specify the time, date and place applicants should go to the Asylum Service offices with their families to receive their renewed applicants’ cards.

As it has already been announced applicants’ cards have already been renewed according to the last digit of their case number. However, in order to pick up their renewed applicants’ cards, applicants have to go to the Asylum Services offices at their scheduled appointment.

More Specifically,

  1. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “1” is extended until November 6, 2020.
  2. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “2” is extended until November 13, 2020.
  3. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “3” is extended until November 20, 2020.
  4. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “4” is extended until November 27, 2020.
  5. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “5” is extended until December 4, 2020.
  6. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “6” is extended until December 11, 2020.
  7. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “7” is extended until December 18, 2020.
  8. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “8” is extended until December 29, 2020.
  9. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “9” is extended until January 7, 2021.
  10. The validity of applicants’ cards that correspond to case numbers that end with the digit “0” is extended until January 14, 2021.

Regarding applicants’ cards that are assigned for renewal to the Regional Asylum Office of Lesvos, the validity of these cards is extended until January 14, 2021.
