The General Secretariat for the Reception of Asylum Seekers of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum in collaboration with the General Secretariat of Civil Protection as well as the Victim Identification Group would like to inform about the immediate operation of a hotline to provide information to the families and relatives of the victims of the shipwreck.

The hotline will start operating from Saturday 17 June 2023 from 09.00 to 19.00 (UTC+3) on a daily basis and will support the following languages: English, Arabic, Pashto and Urdu.
