We inform you that due to the necessity of completing an ongoing upgrade to the Integrated Information System (IIS) "Migration", the e-services on legal migration of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum, as well as the IT application of the Integrated Information System "Migration" used by One-Stop-Shop services will not be available from Friday, May 10, 2024, at 5:00 PM until Sunday, May 12, at 10:00 PM. It is pointed out that any failure to submit requests for granting or renewing residence permits in time during the ongoing upgrade works will be dealt with by the one-stop services taking into consideration the principle of force majeure. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our team is working diligently to complete the upgrade as soon as possible.
