Updated information on the e - services for acquiring or renewing residence permits.

According to the latest information of our IT support Unit, we would like to inform you on the following: a) the outage of the e-services was caused by prolonged instability of the electricity supply distribution and its consequent interruption and b) technical operations to restore the e-services for acquiring or renewing residence permits will continue during the weekend (July 22,23) and on Monday, July 24, 2023.Therefore, during these days, all e-services related to the residence permits will be unavailable.

Issues arisen in all kinds of services of the process of acquiring and renewing the residence permits (e.g. missing deadlines for submitting requests), will be resolved to the benefit of the applicants, due to force majeure.
